[Resolved]  Paras Holidays — Booking amount not refunded

Booked a tour for us and given advance deposite.Later on company say group is cancelled. So asked them to refund the booking amount.
But now almost one month passed only lower staff takes a call and nver revert.
Situation is very bad .Company is not trust worthy or professional in any way.
I do have all the documents and message of staff of the company.
