Account verification pending of parimatch

I made the transaction in the First week of June 2022, and won money that was more than I deposited so they decided not to verify the account. I have contacted them through every support channel and they asked me to mail the documents so I mail the document many times as they asked but still they are asking me to send them in better quality.
