Terrible service. I created an account with Parimatch and added some funds to my account. I placed a bet on some basketball sporting events and won. Then I tried to withdraw my money. I was asked to email some documents to the verification department and I did so. Since I emailed the security department, I have not received any response, not even an automated message that the email I sent was received by them. My money has been left in your casino and I want to retrieve it. Please allow me to withdraw my funds.

I checked my spam folder and found there a large number of messages from the support team. Today my account is verified and I can withdraw money from my account without restrictions.
