[Resolved] Parimatch India — Parimatch website loading speed is just unrealistically slow

The loading speed of the site is just unrealistically slow. Sometimes games just freeze. And sometimes I have to wait for 10 minutes to open the game I need! This behavior of the site very much spoils the overall impression of the casino. It will be easiest for me to go to a competitor, so that I will not use such difficulties during the game. Apr 1, 2024 Complaint marked as Resolved Parimatch staff connected to my computer via Team Viewer to help. Alas, a large number of VPN programs were found on my computer. Because of the active VPN, my internet speed was too slow, which caused the Parimatch website to work intermittently. The customer support staff gave me some more tips on how to speed up my computer, after which we said goodbye to each other. My impression of the support was very positive.
