I had problems with withdrawal of funds. I successfully passed the verification procedure by providing a photo of my passport and proof of my residential address. However, no one from the support service does not respond to my requests, and the money has not arrived to my account. Three days have already passed and I am still without funds. I am very worried about this situation.

So far no one has responded to my emails, but the verification has been passed, I can use my account further. The money arrived on my card 2 hours after the verification was approved.
