After many days of no response from Parimatch support, I finally got an answer about the profile verification on the site. They told me to send my identity documents again, but with a different background and angle. They also told me that the photos should not be cropped and all data on the documents should be visible and legible on the photos.
I complied fully with these requirements and sent them the documents needed to verify the withdrawal less than 2 hours after receiving their last message.
Today it's been 5 days and I still haven't heard back, verification still hasn't been completed.
Why is this attitude towards Parimatch customers?
When I lose I accept it as fate, but when I win they turn into vultures to take my money.
They constantly point out the importance of following their rules and honoring all verification procedures.
