Hi Team,
I have initiated a transaction of Rs 50, 000 on 18th Feb through IMPS. The amount got debited from my account but it was unsuccessful at their end. I contacted their team via Telegram app and they told to wait for 14 working days and I will receive the amount back in my account. Till date, I haven't received the amount. The bank has confirmed that the amount was successfully credited to their account. When I am contacting their support team they are only sending blurbs "Our expert is working on this, Please be patient"
