[Resolved]  Parisera.com — Parisera.com cheating by not delivering confirmed purchase and not refunding the amount.

Hi,

I had placed an order for my sister on July 28-2014 at Parisera.com for a saree (Order Number: PAR[protected]_[protected]).

After few days, i was informed the product was sold out but it was available when I booked. So, i asked for a refund but one of their sales lady said they dont give refund (even though it was Parisera's fault) . She sent a credit note(as we had no other option) on August 4th 2014 instead.

Finally my sister found a saree she liked and so I placed the order on September 16-2014 and called the Parisera.com sales lady regarding the credit note usage and balance payment. Parisera Lady (PL) wanted me to select an offline payment mode and pay the remaining balance amount to a CC avenue invoice. I agreed but didnt receive the invoice and called Parisera lady again. She told me she has blocked one saree but the website showed "SOLD OUT". She then opened it for booking and I followed all the steps and received confirmation of purchase (still no CC Avenue Invoice).

The following Day, September 17 2014. I received mail saying that the product was sold out (even after receiving purchase confirmation). Called the PL again and she said that she didnt receive the balance payment and when i reminded her that she didnt send the invoice, the lady said it must be email problem. By now, I was sick and tired (repeat fault of Parisera) and asked for a refund and didnt want a credit note. It has been six days and they still havent refunded. PARISERA CHEATS !!!

Today, September 23, I call them up and enquire about the refund but the PL says she has got a similar saree and is waiting for a photographer to take picture of it and then send the photo for my confirmation (I wanted a refund ). Clearly, these people dont respect Customers and are happy to hold onto our hard earned money.

They must black marked and customers stay away from Parisera.com.

Sent a mail to the head management of Parisera and he initiated the refund process immediately. Told him his online sales executive(women) was hopeless and illogical (like a badly coded robot).

I had a poor experience with parisera.com as well. Placed my order today - for 2 dupattas and a gift card. The transaction was accepted and I was not charged shipping and handling. About half hour later I received a call from Bharad saying that the gift card does not qualify for free shipping minimum and so they will have to charge me Rs. 200. I don't care about Rs. 200, but I disagree on the principle that you can't change an order after it has gone through.

My real interest in Parisera was a Kanjeevaram saree, but because of they don't have a return policy I decided to try them with a small purchase. Clearly all that the company cares about is the transaction, not the customer relationship. Well I'll take my dollars elsewhere.
I really don't want to even give a star. They are utter useless bunch of jokers. They don't listen to customers at all. Service is worst to the core. Please double check after you place an order with them. They will always send wrong products to you and this happened to me twice. And if you return the product they will ask you to wait, saying we don't have stock of that product that you have asked for. You to wait for ages and they will never pick or return your call or messages/chats. Entirely upon your risk to deal with them.
what is the email address of the head of the management
Looks like they are not giving the email address of the head of management. I ordered a saree that is completely different color not even close to what they posted. I sent them a picture I took verse the picture they posted. Completely different and I asked to talk to management. They said they will call have to fait and see if they really call.
I ordered a saree as gift and quality of the weave which Parisera claims is Kanakavalli is so bad that it cannot be worn at all. They say they do quality check on their product but apparently someone forgot to check this one. Their customer service is so bad they refuse to accept the responsibility of their product sent. So please think twice before you order on Parisera. I can prove with pictures and my order details if required. Be wary of Parisera. One Star = Bad

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Still waiting for my refund as the sari has not been delivered. THOROUGHLY FRUSTRATED dealing with those customer care women who don’t care about the customer at all. If they don’t refund soon, I plan to take up the issue with someone higher up- What A Nightmarish Experience and waste of precious time dealing with them- literally pleading for my own money!!!
OMG... I wish I saw this before placing a repeat order.. I have a similar story, placed order and they did not deliver, so I have been following up with them forever. Its been a month now. Every time I talk to them, its next week. The Manager also told me that they are going through hard times and will refund in a week. At this time, I am trying to get the credit card company to cancel the transaction.
