[Resolved] Park Avenue — Regarding Supershot offer inside soap

Hi Team, I had bought Park Avenue soap from my near by soap. There was a offer inside the soap, so when i opened the soap then i got the scratch coupon but when i went to scratch that card it is not going to be scratch.what kind of service you are providing to customer this is disgusting. Kindly look at this issue immediately. I have attached the image of same.
