It is to infoem you that vishal and muskaan promised me to give confirmation of my membership as well as hotel booking ie Ramada plaza mumbai on Saturday ie 23/9/23 itself. But after receiving 59000/- through upi Vishal simply started avoiding my calls and till now he hasn't picked up any of my call and not even replied to any of my messages. Muskaan is also making fool of me and played fraud with me. I strongly suggest everyone, not to invest in this company. They are cheaters . I have full record of their promises done to me on phone as I have proof of their recordings and payment done to them . I being practising Advocate at highc ourt, chandigarh is going to take strict legal action against them. Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (9)
Oct 28, 2023 Complaint marked as Resolved Sir it is to inform you that I filed a complaint against PARK Royal Holidays in September for not booking my hotel as promised by them but now they have resolved the issue by giving me another stay. Same happened with me thrice

I was told to I will get the booking in Srinagar, then they denied after that this happened for Gangtok and after logging complaint I got call from Mr Dhananjay he assured me to give booking and to take complain back nd click on resolve
and I was supposed to get voucher on 26th sept but has not got.… but he disappeared ..

My Problem is resolved now. Sir it is to inform you that I filed a complaint against PARK Royal Holidays in September for not booking my hotel as promised by them but now they have resolved the issue by giving me another stay.
So I don't want to proceed In that complaint. Thanks and regards- Rajesh Kapila
