[Resolved]  Park Royal Holidays Pvt Ltd — No booking being given even after multiple emails

I was sold a 3 year membership in 2022. I have been chasing to get a booking since October 2022 and till date (i.e. March 2023) I have not been given any booking. The customer care is pathetic and reservation team is very rude. There is no way to talk to any senior or anyone in reservation department. I have dropped emails multiple times but dont get any response. Each time I call the contact center, they tell to give a new set of date. I strongly recommend not to indulge in any kind of transactions with this organization. They are cheating their customers in broad day light. I am planning to take it to consumer court.
