Parsh Tax Solutions LLP — Delay in providing PAN CARD after taking higher charge of Rs-299/-

I had applied for PAN CARD online through website ApplyPanIndia.in on date 6 november 2015 with application fee Rs-299/-. much higher than the genuine charge Rs-106/-.I was provided PAN -Communication number-183349.I tried to track through this number but i was not able to get any detail.I had sent the documents through registered post on 7 december 2015.I had enclosed all the supporting documents that was demanded.But on 11/12/2015 I received email that I need to give my office address detail document.I mailed the scanned copy of my I-Card of company NHPC.On the12/12/2015 I got another mail to provide ANNEXTURE B duly attested by authorised signatory in organization.I was not instructed to send the hard copy.I sent the scanned copy of ANNEXTURE B Form.ON 18 Dec 2015 I got mail to send the hard copy. I sent the hard copy on 21 December 2015.I tried to contact by mail but no reply through telephone but no reply.I contacted them by luck on 30 December 2015. the console to give a Copoun number through which I would be able to track my PAN CARD.But I was not sent any Coupon number.On 5 January 2016 I was given this number when I contacted them.IN the whole duration Consultancy had not responded me or contacted me.I needed the PAN NUMBER urgently but they showed intolerence. I had new joining in NHPC Organisation on 23 October 2015 posted in J&K.For sallary receiving needed PAN number.I had to attend the interview of RINL venued at Vishakhapattnam, scheduled at 23 December2015 in which PAN CARD was a mandatory document. Due to negligency of Parsh consultancy I was not able to attend my interview and not able to receive my sallary for last two month and most probably not be able to get sallary of January 2016. If consultancy was not able to provide service on time then why I was charged Rs-299/-?Even after paying high amount I have not received PAN Nunber yet.Parsh Tax Solution must give compensation for my inconvenience and not taking proper responsibility towards costumer .I am in panic situation and feeling helpless in such situation where I am not getting service on time.
