Parul Group of Institutes — Complaint on staff's behavior

The head of transport department parul university is so rude that he don't even know how to talk with parents. When the parents call him to get info about transport fees he was like, this is the fees pay it or go from here, so much dissatisfied from the staff. I would not prefer this transport facilities to anyone ..please take a serious action..
