Parul Group of Institutes — Fees not refunding back

I took admission in btech in IT in December but since I find it hard to continue I changed to bcom but before that I paid 150000 but bcom fees is less and they refunded me only 15000 what about rest of the money?
Please help me in getting my money back.
Also my scholarship amount is pending which is approximately 25000 . Please I request all the students who are planning to take admission over here kindly change your mind. This is worst college and they are only concerned about money and nothing else. Hostel and food is worst. I never had such bad food in my life. I had a lot of expectations from this college but everything was fake. They are fraud. You will cry afterwards...
