Parul Group of Institutes — I want to get my money back

I had paid 10000/- as academic fee in parul University by my mistake. I have all evidences of paying 10000/-. I thought it was registation fee. When I realised that I tried to approach them in many ways but they are not responding not at all. Then I message them in wasthapp and express my problem. Then their team say's that you will get a call from our technical team. And till this day nobody call me. In this university they are hunting students for money. I never see such a bad University like this. I don't know what to do to get my money back. The university is not responding me at all
