Parul Group of Institutes — Provisional Admission cancellation

Dear Sir,
I took provisional admission for the course M.Sc Biotechnology. I wish to cancel my admission and since I haven’t received any information regarding my course. Upon calling their technical team, they drop the call as soon as they hear about cancellation. I need urgent help in cancelling my admission and getting a refund.
