Parul — hdfc consumer durable loan

I had taken a consumer durable loan from hdfc, with TU ref. no:[protected] in the name of Parul. I am not an account holder in hdfc. I had submitted the ach mandate forms and my first installment cleared with bank. But while the first cheque was deducted from my account, the payment for the second instalment has still not been deducted from my account. My United bank account shows that the ach mandate was not submitted. My due date for the second installment was 05/05/2019. Even after June Installment has passed but the amount was not deducted. I have received a call from customer care of hdfc, they asked we (I) should pay the installment with bouncing charges. They have asked me to pay the money in CASH or through net banking, but my mandate forms are already submitted and my bank account has enough money to clear the ACH so why I charged bouncing charges. Please look into the matter with urgency.
