Staffs in parveen travels are so irresponsible. Mr. Satish working in adyar branch was so rude. I booked 3 tickets from chennai - kumbakonam with boarding point as adayar. But there was a change in boarding point it seems. The travels didn't inform me or notify with an sms. But they called me on the day of travel, i picked up, they told me it's just a confirmation call and they seriously didn't tell me anything about the change in boarding point. So, we came to adyar parveen travels, wasted our time there. Mr. Sathish talked so rudely and he said that he called us informed us. But they didn't call me or even a message. He is asking to book a cab and go. Dont i know that? It is your responsibility to inform the customers about the changes you make. You failed. Mr. Satish should atleast have spoken politely but he was so rude too.. Too lethargic.. Parveen travels gave us very bad customer experience.
