Parveen Travels — Made me get off before drop off location

I was made to get off the bus in Koyambedu which is around 10km before my dropoff location(Egmore) without prior intimation. There was no secondary van or driver at this point to take me to said location. Being a female travelling alone this was not safe and highly unacceptable. I would never recommend booking through this service and would give zero stars if possible.
