The bus has arrived at the boarding point earlier than specified and has left the boarding point without informing me. When asked about the location and bout the bus and other details the staff in trivandrum office of parveen travels used abusive language and hung up the call.
If this is the sevice you are providing i must ask for a refund for the bus ticket
