My electricity connection bearing account number [protected] Subdivision SDO1509211. I was shocked to receive the current electricity bill for an amount of Rs.4840/- and same day I have already made online complaint against the bill which tracking number is [protected] dated 02.06.2022 but till date there is no response from PVVNL. My monthly bill amounts bill generally range between Rs.800/- to Rs. 1300/-. The bill for during 21 May to 02 June 2022 is almost 4 times of the amount of my regular bills.
I investigated the matter on the basis of previous bill that my consumption for 24 days is 91 kWh and 12 days is 691 kWh as per latest bill. Just we see our meter reading is 19340, which is 2159Kwh in 12 days.
As you will notice, there's clearly an error in it. I therefore kindly request you to correct the current bill and issue a fresh bill for the current month. Otherwise, please adjust the excess amount to be paid by me for the current wrong bill amount in the next month's bill amount.
I hope my complaint will be resolved as soon as possible, so that I can pay correct amount with in the due date.
