Overload Transfermer due to electric theft SHAHBERI GR NOIDA

sir due to some electric theft transfer is overload and not work proper always problem is comming in a week but electric deptt has never seen extra Load for electric theft.sahveri sai mandir area Builder are free using heavy load .No connection taken from electric deppt. so pls do needful.
