Hi,
Today i am writing complain against Electricity department in Suryanagar, Ghaziabad.
Recently i shifted to new flat (May-16). When i shifted, electricity meter was not working and i received average bill for 3 months because meter was not working from last 3 month as per electricity department. So i requested for new meter and in month of June, i got new meter. So after 2 month of new meter run, i requested for average bill adjustment.
Currently all bills are on the Name of old owner of flat "Lata Bansal"
After my request, Babu from electricity department didn't produced bill for 2 more month and everyday he gave next date. Finally he gave us bill and he gave us bill of last 41 months and it is 30000 rs. When i asked why he gave us last 41 month bill though in March-16, previous owner cleared all previous bills which was of 13 months, he replied nothing and says you have to submit.
He even told that you should know why he was not produced bill for last 2 month?
I have checked all previous 41 months bill and all are payed correctly, even i showed to Babu also.
There are 2, 3 occurrence where bill correction happens but all are happens at electricity department then why should come in my bill now?
My on that counter question, he said go to anybody as i made in such a way that nobody can find that i done wrong thing in bill.
We went to SDO also 2, 3 times but he don't know anything and every-time he ask to check with Babu.
We are totally frustrated.
Its look like normal man cannot survive.
Only bribe can work.
I want someone please help us. At-least tell us to pay all bills as all in electricity department are deaf and all request from normal man not reached.
