Hello Team,
I would like to highlight my complaint against the 2 wheeler I have purchased from Pashankar auto, Aundh outlet Pune, Maharashtra.
I have purchased Activa I (white+purple), delivered to me on 31st July upon full payment by cheque with receipt number 597. I have below listed complaints and needs immediate resolve.
1) Till date I haven’t received the number with MH 14 passing which is over 6 weeks now.
2) No follow-up were made from Pashankar Auto. When contacted after 3 weeks, I am informed to bring the vehicle again for noting chassis number as initial was not clear, which was already taken while delivering the vehicle.
3) After taken vehicle again for chassis number no follow-up made for next 3 weeks and when called today, I am asked again to bring the vehicle as they lost the paper after taken 2nd time. I cant take up the efforts for someone’s negligence.
4) Today after more than one and half month when I chased, I am asked to produce marriage certificate, which was no one asked initially.
5) One of accessory is still pending even after paying all accessories cost while booking.
This experience shows very very inefficient and negligent services by Pashankar Auto. Requesting to highlight the case and get it addressed. Was this information helpful? |
