I had gone to Rohtak Reservation Centre for booking my ticket, i had approached the counter, the name of the person sitting at the counter was Shamsher Singh Rana, there was some mistake in the reservation form, he refuse to accept it, i correct it and requested him for reservation again.He suddenly started giving bad words, like chutiya and etc. I again requested him for reservation . He does not have manner to talk.He also said to me to stop outside .He is not applicable for that position, government should take necessary action against him. Was this information helpful? | |||

Boarding points are not cleared mentioned and bus staff is rude, the contact number they provided and help desk number is not in working state, this is worst travels I travelled, guys please dont prefer orange tour and travels
Lot of times I have to pickup bus from Koyambedu to Thiruvanmiyur. Conductor is not allowed to pickup me.
Today I m getting bus for Villupuram route they are not allowed to pickup destination point for singamperumal koil.
