Passport Office Bhopal — unable to make passport after two appointment, not proper guidance on document verification

File number (Bp[protected] due to not giving proper guidance on document i am unable to make my passport after taking two appointment, every time different officer give different view on my document. I have gone to bhopal passport office 5 time every time they explain the different fault in my document, why cant they give the proper guidance at once time so i can correct the all fault at one time. The worst experience i have in bhopal psk. Thats why people go on corruption side in india
