Passport Office Ghaziabad — not clear from liu office ghaziabad

I have applied passport application for self and my wife. For police verification, one police man came my house and filled up both police verification application (Myself and wife) and taken sign and required documents. After week, i have received sms from passport office sahibabad ghaziabad that my application cleared from sp police ghaziabad but my wife passport application arn/file no: 19-[protected] has not cleared. My wife received telephone call from liu sihani police station ghaziabad for verification. A lady who is dealing passport application asked my wife to send your husband with original high school and aadhar card certificate. She has seen original certificate and told me that your application clear and give some thing, then, i have not uttered /paid anything and left police office sihani police stationghaziabad, till now no massage receive from passport office.
