Passport Office Ghaziabad — passport in review status from last 2 month

File no GZ[protected], ARN 14-[protected]. i had an appointment on 02.01.2015 at PSK Ghaziabad. Due to time limitation we were instructed to hand over our file at the exit counter instead of verifying at counter C. i along with other applicants, present there submitted our file at the exit counter. since then the status of my application is same "review at passport seva kendra" there is no progress at all..I have logged a Grievance too for the issue with SRN [protected] but no reply i got. please help me to get the passport as its urgent.
