Passport Office Ghaziabad — Passport printed since 2 months but not received

Hello sir, I got massage as "Passport printing initiated" since 2 months before, till now I did not received it . I visited RPO Ghaziabad and submitted the form, They told me that passport issued but stop imposed, when asked about the same for reason they said they will check and let me know . But till now no response please can anybody help me out what to do.I visited ROP Ghaziabad for many times by taking leaves in office . They are not giving any response while calling, no response to mail .what should i do. They are not updating status on webpage also, its showing as under review at regional passport office.
