Passport Office Ghaziabad — PCC application under review in RPO ghaziabad

Its 5 weeks now and my PCC application status says “police report not clear” I never received a call or message or email for the reason of non-clear police report, tell me what should I do to get the PCC from MEA, RPO Ghaziabad office.
I had tried calling RPO Ghaziabad office contact number[protected],[protected], either they do not pick the call or they are busy.
I had tried to call Public grievances cell[protected], [protected], they are either busy or never pick the call.
I had send email to RPO office rpo.[protected]@mea.gov.in but never received a reply.
I had send email to you earlier, refer training mail, and I have not received any reply,
