Passport Office Hyderabad — Document verification officer miss behavior with ladies in Ameerpet Passport office

Incident with TCS employee who do the verification at entry of the office. He was keep following to lady who was looking for passport renewal with documents provided. Initially she has copies only for the proof declared in the application and requested to give some time to produce the original address proof evidences. He was rejecting for everything, also there are applications for Children of same parent and same address proof was approved with proper validation after submission. But for the lady renewal he rejected, all documents produced and he postponed the schedule to 2 months later without informing to lady applicant. He was behind the lady until she leave the premise of Passport office. She didn't remember the name the person who was miss behaving. Please monitor the person who is miss behaving with ladies in Ameerpet office. This situation may arise again for many peoples in that office.
