I am Mr. Barundeb Haldar. I applied for a passport in 2019 with file number CA01C[protected]. When I was applying for my previous passport, I mistakenly used a tampered secondary examination admit card as proof of birth. In that admit card my birth year is 2000, but my actual birth year is 2002. As a result, my actual birth year is recorded incorrectly in my previous passport. Then, when I applied to change my date of birth on my passport, my application was not approved because my date of birth did not match.

Therefore, I humbly request that I have applied this time with all the correct documents so that the application is approved. I request you to kindly approve my application and my new passport file number is CA01C[protected].

I humbly request to pardon me for my entire decision.
