I hd applied for renewal of my passport on 20/11/2019. I have a case against me in the court of honourable Sp. CJM, Kanpur. I was required to get clearance from the honourable court. On the only date in that period, in January, my file could not be produced before the honourable Magistrate. Thereafter the courts are not working on normal schedules. I have received an intimation that my file is closed. My next date is fixed for 22/10/2020 . In view of the Pandemic and sitting of courts not being regular Request you to allow me further time for permission from the honourable court. Regards, Naresh Manchanda.
