Passport Office Lucknow — not getting my passport since september 19

I had applied for three passports of myself, my wife deepti bisaria and daughter prashasti bisaria in mid week of september 2019. My wife deepti bisaria's passport has arrived in december 2019 but the rest two are showing pending in your office since 24 september 2019.
