Passport Office Lucknow — The way the situation is handled when it is horribly raining

We have been waiting from 2hrs no one is giving us information about how much time it will take there is no electricity is this office from past 2hrs this government office where there is no generator as well now agter 2hrs of waiting in rain today they told there is no electricity come tomorrow there is no work in office today.

Is the way to work or even treat people like animals
