Passport Office Madurai — Stiil officer didn't send to police enquiry

My file no. MD[protected], i aplied 24/03/2021 still in progress, my sister date of birth and my date of birth year same, but my sister passed away and i submitted my sister passport and they canceled return back to me, submitted death certificate from private hospital meenachi mission, officer say ok you go, i send police verification, after i went 4 times, they answer me, go 10 day after you come here, i Singapore visa also going to expire, no one hearing my words, very long time after visa came for me, please sole my problem.
