[Resolved]  Passport Office Mumbai — PVR is clear Passport not recd since month

Dear sir, I have not received my passport since last 6month where my PVR is clear. I were registered complaint 4time to concern Malad Passport office, Mumbai but each time his reply that it is in process. please advice what should I have to do to get my passport.
