Passport Office Patna — Delay In Passport Verification

Greetings for the day
My concern is that I've applied for a passport with file no.:- PA[protected] with the name of ARADHYA TIWARI in PSK Patna. Later on the process was escalated to RPO Patna due to some document related issues and I visited RPO for the same on 11/04/2023. The officials told me that the issue has been resolved and the passport will be dispatched soon, but the status is still showing that, "Passport application is under review at the Regional Passport Office".May I know the reason please and if everything is fine the please dispatch my passport.
I request you to please look into the matter and do the needful at the earliest.
