This is to inform about the discourteous as well as impudent etiquette of one of your employee who was dealing the document verification. After getting the token number, i went for the first counter no "a-3". A lady employee (I was unable to note the name and employee no.) was sitting in that counter who was supposed to verify my documents as well as to take the photograph. As a customer, i sat keeping my bag on the chair opposite to the camera (I was unaware about the procedure). She rudely shouted at me speaking "who told you you sit at the other side" also she shouted "move your chair" and made me move the chair at least 5 times. The scene was hyped when she threw my passport on the table which reflected a ""rude" and "unethical" behavior towards the customer like us.
