Passport Office Thane — disrespectful behavior by staff

As a woman today i felt highly humiliated and embarrased by the treatment by one of the woman staffers in passport seva kendra, thane. Her way of dealing with customers is highly unprofessional and provocates arguments.

I would really rate the service of the thane centre as pathetic, given that nowadays after streamlining the process should be harrassment free. Alas the staffers of this centre squabble amongst each other and disrespect commoners who are just there to get their work done.

Training should be provided to employees to treat every customer with respect and not think they are above everyone else. Highly pathetic service.
