Passport Office Thane — Passport Under Review by Commissioner of Police, Thane more than 2 weeks from date of Application

My wife applied for passport on 25/10/2022 with File Number B[protected] and Still it's showing under REVIEW at Commissioner of Thane Police. It's been a month we have submitted the application and still the passport is not been printed or granted. Kindly assist us on this matter.
