I was going to travel to Srinagar on 30 th dec..my late fathers sister s husband was suddenly admitted in hospital bed no 7th FL 703 Saifee.i requested indigo to have a heart and cancel my ticket ..They kept shooting mails asking for details which after providing they said it’s not the policy. Even Taj Srinagar cancelled and obligued after medical reports attendance pass and all was provided. On Humanitarian grounds .. please have an emotion read and then shoot a mail indigo very poorly handled by you’ll ..no seniors to talk to the junior staff doesn’t understand a thing Shame on INDIGO AIRLINES!!!
