I mailed before to passport officers and already registered my complaint online. But still didn't get any response from anywhere.
I called again here Passport office Raipur, But again no one is receiving phone calls.
I got email address of Raipur passport office "rpo.[protected]@mea.gov.in", But unfortunately it is not in use and sent emails can't deliver on this email address.

My Online Passport Application Reference Number is 12-[protected]
and
My Service Request Number of registered complaints is [protected], Filling Date 16/10/2012

Before this I have registered Two complaints online on Passport Seva Portal "www.passportindia.gov.in", But not got any kind of response from there also.
I think no one is seeing registered complaints on this website.

Details are given below.....

I have submitted my passport application through online yesterday.I am applying for Tatkal Passport. I am working here for chhattisgarh police as a Sub Inspector.

Today I have gone to PSK Raipur for submitting printouts and documents of my passport application.
But they refuse to accept my application because they are demanding Annexure "B" and Annexure "I" (Identity Card and standard Affidavit).

BUT before this I got information for Required Documents for "Tatkal Basis Passport application" from your this website portal.Here it is still showing that for a government employee has to submit either Annexure "B" or Annexure "M" (Identity Certificate or NOC).....
(for No Police Verification need Annexure "B" or Identity Certificate........and
For Post Police Verification need Annexure "M" or NOC will be needed. )
And there is no need of Annexure "I" (Standard Affidavit) to Government Employee for Tatkal Basis Passport Application.

BUT here In Chhattisgarh Passport Office (PSK Raipur),
they are saying....
"There is no any option of submitting "NOC" for government employee because they will not carrying Police verification of Government employee "

"So they only submit application form of government employee which having Annexure "B "(Identity Certificate) "

Sir, I want to know what is right and How it is possible that One state of India is applying his own rule and regulation.

Before submitting my application online I tried to know about documents submission...But In raipur passport office.....No one is receiving Phone and there is no any email address on their website for getting any kind of information.

In present Govt. of India is trying to do best in e-Governance and trying to give all services through online...
But due to wrong Information on your website..I am unable to submit my application form..


Please tell me what documents are necessary for submitting Passport application for a government employee of Chhattisgarh state who want Passport on tatkal basis.

I have already these documents in original :-
1.) Identity Card of Police (Not annexure "B"), It is my Service I-Card.
2.) NOC or Annexure "M" given by IGP
3.) Bank Passbook,
4.) Voter ID,
5.) PAN card,
6.) My all academic Mark sheet and certificates,
7.) Receipt of online submitted passport application.

But I am still not able to apply due to they are needing "Annexure B" (Identity Certificate) and also "Annexure I" (Standard Affidavit)

And PSK Raipur is also saying that in Chhattisgarh there is no option for Jumbo Passport, here they only issue Normal Passport."


Please Help me sir.
