Dear sir / madam,
I am indrojit mondal, i applied for "normal" passport at 20 / 03 / 2015 online and my document verification is done on 20 / 04 / 2015 at psk berhampore and my file no. - ca[protected] and my d. O. B - 14 / 04 / 1994. I also done my police verification in purbasthali thana, dist - burdwan at 17 / 05 / 2015. But still in the website still shows that "physical police verification is pending in your respective thana, dist - burdwan, under commissioner of police".
Pls sir help me as i receive my passport as soon as possible as it really needed urgently. Pls do something i will be highly obliged to you. .
