Passportsindiaseva.com — Fake passport website where I have applied for passport renewal by paying money through PAY U MONEY

I applied for passport renewal online on www.https://passportsindiaseva.in/. I made a transaction of INR 2995 may 15 2021 from my credit card for the renewal of my passports. The payment gateway was PAYU MONEY. After I made the payments I got a SMS from (AD-PAYUMN) and email from ([protected]@passportsindiaseva.com) with the below note.

Congratulations! You have been registered successfully on Passport Seva!!
We have received your application, Your Appointment Schedule confirmation will be sent via mail within 24-48 hours.Your Application id - 1208b7e94b3a0e3c

After receieving the confirmation mail I thought I have registered for it and after waiting for couple of weeks I did not get any response from the passport office so I replied to the email asking for the update. The email did not deliver saying address not found, this is where I got to know I was tricked into fraud.

Could you please look into this.
