Patel — flat allotment

Respected sir, we have given our property in KALYAN(w) at [ murbad road ] to develop to builder - BECHAR RAGHAVJI PATEL - Patel Group of Construction. As per the agreement the flat was to be alloted to us. But the builder BECHAR RAGHAVJI PATEL refuses to do registration and stamp duty work and thereby not alloting the flat to us. Secondly the temple has also been built. We are suffering since last 2 years No help has been received by the kalyan police. My age is 76, & is not possible to go to the court. PLEASE HELP US.
