I belong to ward no. 30 (Sorangpur, east rk nagar) adjacent to new bye pass. Almost 50 houses remain emerge in drain water / rain water for 2-3 months together every year. No road, no drainage system. Residents are compelled to move in the dirty smelling water, children are unable to attend school or coaching. Outsider / support service person hate to reach to resident of this locality. No one takes care for mohalla adjacent to bye pass for years together, unable to understand.
