Paulo Travels — Bus Cancelled before few hours without informing | |||
I had a bus booked for journey from Mahabaleshwar to Pune on 8th July 2015 (5:50 AM). I tried calling Paulo twice on 7th July to confirm about the booking and give me the details of the driver and bus. They replied me that they will pick me up from hotel and that I will receive sms from them at 9:00 pm on 7th july with necessary details of bus and driver. When I didn't receive any sms I called them to know that the bus that I had booked didn't exist. I booked bus through Redbus. According to them it was incorrect time and that I had to cancel the booking. The manner in which the person whom I was talking(from Paulo Travels) was as if it was my mistake that I had booked the bus. (His Number: [protected], Name: Somnath Chavan). This is really bad on part of Paulo travels that they are doing such things to customers. And also bad on part of Redbus that they don't verify any information prior to having it on there website.
