I have booked a ticket using paulo travels on 30th september 2017. At the time of booking ticket price was rupees 3150 for two passengers for multi axle volvo bus. Reference pnr:[protected]. Ticket was booked online through paulo travels website.
As the demand for buses increased the travel agency purposefully cancelled the confirmed tickets to get more money due to high demand.
When contacted to customer care, the representative lied to us saying that the bus is damaged and refused to arrange alternative service to reach our destination.
When called and enquired using different contact number the same company claimed that they have 2 seats available for hyderabad on same date and time.
Although company promised to refund amount we have to bear expenses of hotel for one more day, surged price of tickets which costs rupees 5400 for two, loss of pay due to this delay.
This is very unethical practice from company. Even customer support is rejecting the calls after asking them to provide alternative ticket.
Who is going to pay the cumulative loss of around 7000 rupees which are incurred due to company's greed for earning more money.
