Above subject bus no mh.18. Ba.8199 are totally upset our looking view of paulo travel bus.
Today dt.18.12.17 we are travelling from bus looking for safe and good journey but after sitting in bus it was bad journey. Bus not proper. It gives pain in head. Filling like omitting. Unhygienic, cannot take a pure breath. Bad smell, full of dust. I fill suffocation.
When ladies ask to wait for movement for pie, driver not allow to stop bus.
Bus stop at unhygienic place and also not getting food which are said in menu.
When we ask waiter to provide fried rice they says not available. When i spoke to driver, he says manager told them to stop at such restaurant.
I asked manager he says we don't have food which we select from menu.
I asked pune manager nos which was nobody from daba was not giving. Then i took from driver. Manager name was mr somnath. I spoke to him but he says whatever is available eat those. He was disgusting man i never find anywhere.
No manner for customer service. Finally we did not had food and sit in the bus. These is the pathetic service of paulo bus.
I advice for all people around india those who travel from any travel service. Please check and confirm before taking tickets. They says, bus will give good service, will stop at restaurant but they think of earning money from your harden cash from pocket.
Paulo travel are a biggest thieves i found when we see how arrogant manner they speak. They want people to eat anywhere at any unhygienic place where food are available but not our selection mention in menu but what they will provide.
I hope you will check in this matter and get better solution to avoid this kind of service.
